This is the 1st modern person outside of myself who I heard directly say that the complete elimination of suffering might be possible.

He also experienced self-realisation too, but I'd describe it more along the lines of discovering the "I Am before I am"

from where I stand, I see anger as coming from disappointments, that in turn come from failed expectations. If we manage our expectations, we manage it all. Somehow.
