Its more like be careful of anything you post online in the past as well. Anything on the big tech social medias or uploaded online may as well live forever in the digital age.

That's why I never want political elections to be done by blockchain.

I think there may be ways to keep it anonymous with a block chain but it would require complicated steps to follow. This would not be good an ordinary citizen since they expect things to be simple. But yes, there are more downsides than upside when doing elections using block chains.

In Canada, the way things are done, you can tell who voted but bot how they voted. That's all with paper envelopes and ballots but we had a chance with the Reform party decades ago to make a real change but the party leader threw in the towel.

Yea with paper ballots, you can't tell anything after the the ballot is removed from the envelop. However with block chain, it will be different. There has to be a way to verify and this will be done online. I guess it would be auto-generated by a different program but it would be complex for people.

I think you could make a high quality longer form post out of this observation on proofofbrain.io. Research some examples and how the blockchains seem they will last forever and centralized services also keep things apparently forever. Also that thre are data miners that collect data so even if Facebook went down, they could still prosecute you within the statute of limitations.
