un-nazi-fication wasn't done properly, critics have been silenced and declaired jealous or crazy. But one step closer: publisher C.H. Beck has removed the name from the standard work about Germanys' civil code.

I don't fully understand this, but if I understood this correctly it's a good step to stop hate.
My concern though is the historical aspect of renaming works, when people forget history, it's bound to repeat itself.

Palandt and Schoenfelder had been active member of the nazi party and were judge and lawyer at the time. Point is, using their name is kinda of a honoring.
Yeah... I agree with the decision, I just have some concerns about the historical impact of it (like 50 years down-the-road) which doesn't really matter...
