Yes but, you don't share your music directly,
There are music lessons mission you should finish to gain instruments and band members... etc,

There's a tutorial on how you can do it step by step, you can find it in the @RisingStarGame community... Defo worth a try if you're a musician or just enjoy the music :)

Yes all the music in the in-game radio is by Hive musicians and all the stems (individual instrument sounds) that are used to make your own songs are also created by Hive musicians.
