It's hard to go from negative to positive. It's not hard to go from negative to meh to neutral though :-)

Hahahaa I know what you mean as I catch myself doing the same. Because I know how hard it is, I thought "there might be others struggling like me, so let's do it together".

I think your "meh" approach is good also. Sometimes we give things or situations too much power over us, so taking the approach of "not worth it and I don't care" is also an option. Thank you for including that 😊.

Frustration is better than depression, so I usually try to get frustrated when I'm feeling depressed. Then from there I try to get more productive and start to think about what I can do, and then that's when I start to feel positive :-)

Yes, it's also a not a "size fits all". I don't know if frustration will help me though. I know that just doing stuff and picking up where I left off helps me and it helps to see that things are done and checked off.
