I don’t have one! It’s been a bit of a frustrating day.

We sort of slept in as we were turning the sound system reigns over to Abby. She’s done well with sound. However this morning there were system issues. She wasn’t ready to call me at that point but another person did. I told him to let her try re-docking it and that if that didn’t resolve the issue, then shut it down and re-boot. It’s like a computer and that’s what I normally do when other avenues don’t work.

We had planned to get to church 30 minutes prior to service anyway just in case. Re-booting the system did the trick. When we got there I talked with Abby and she told me she wasn’t ready to call just yet when the other person did, but she was glad things worked out. She’s been doing great and I know she would have been good in the end. 😎👍

Church wasn’t frustrating-I’ll get to that in a minute.

We then headed out to get the plant containers I needed. A group of mallard ducks decided to cross the road except for one. He decided he liked the middle of the road and stopped to preen his feathers! I of course stopped and waited. I finally had to tap my horn several times hoping he’d move, lol! 🦆 See @silvertop’s post for a pic.

Now-to the frustration!! I went to install two sets of smart bulbs. I got them both set and into each group only to have them then malfunction! I tried several times and finally gave up-for a while. We needed to for a hike so I turned it all off and left.

It was a nice hike. The skunkweed has busted out like crazy!

After the hike, I was able to get the bulbs working correctly. Sometimes, it’s better to just walk away for a spell, when things go sideways!
