Day 12: Full Energy

Hi Actifits,

I am sharing my workout from yesterday as I could not post it yesterday for some reasons.

It was a 30 mins full energy full body work out with 15 seconds rest after every excercise that included
Jumping Jacks》》 High Knees》》Butt Kicks》》Side Lunge》》Pop Squat 》》 Frog Jumps》》 Criss Cross》》Ghost Rope》》Burpee Jacks》》Mountain Climbers

It was really difficult but somehow I completed my 30 mins.
