Day 16: Rest day

Hello everyone,

It was a rest day for me today😊. I believe Rest days are just as important as exercise. In fact, a successful fitness regimen isn’t complete without rest days. Taking regular breaks during the week allows your body to recover and repair. It is very important part of progress, regardless of your fitness level. Also i believe skipping rest days can lead to fatigue.
So always take a day off from workout.

I enjoyed my day off today.
