Lazy Day 5:Full body workout
Hi everyone,
I started cardio on Jan 1 with the target of losing 5 kgs by 10 th of Feb.
Please encourage me to continue this workout to meet my target. I felt lazy today so stopped after 25 mins.
What do you do when you feel lazy for workouts? Please Suggest me some ideas.

I would say look at one of your old favourite dress and aim yourself to fit into it😀😂
