Push-up/Pull-up/Chin-up/Sit-up Challenge Week 3

I have worked ahead a bit, so I am starting this week on day 14. My goal is to work ahead a bit more this week. Here is the breakdown of how it went.


  • 21 push-ups
  • 21 sit-ups
  • 3 pull-ups
  • 3 chin-ups

I had an early appointment to be at again this morning, so I didn’t have time to get my reps in before work. I was able to get them in after work though.


  • 22 push-ups
  • 22 sit-ups
  • 3 pull-ups
  • 3 chin-ups

I keep forgetting to do my reps until the end of the day. I have to try and get better about doing them in the morning before work. I got today’s done, but it was right before bed again.


  • 23 push-ups
  • 23 sit-ups
  • 3 pull-ups
  • 3 chin-ups

I did it. I actually remembered to do my reps for day 23 before work this morning. It’s much easier to get them done in the morning, so hopefully, I can make it a habit.


  • 24 push-ups
  • 24 sit-ups
  • 3 pull-ups
  • 3 chin-ups

I remembered to do my reps in the morning again today. I was a little sore when I woke up this morning, but not too bad.


  • 0 push-ups
  • 0 sit-ups
  • 0 pull-ups
  • 0 chin-ups

I completely forgot to do my reps today. I’m glad I’ve worked ahead, so I won’t fall behind. I was busy with other stuff all day and didn’t realize I never worked out until Saturday morning.


  • 25 push-ups
  • 25 sit-ups
  • 3 pull-ups
  • 3 chin-ups

I made sure to get my reps in today, so I’m all set to do day 26s reps on Monday.


  • Rest day

I’ve chosen Sunday to be my rest day, so this is the end of my third week. Tomorrow will start my fourth week, and I will be on day 26 of the challenge. Things week didn't go as well as I had hoped, but I’m getting better at remembering to do my reps in the morning, so we will see how next week goes.

Here are the rules again in case you want to join the challenge.

Do 1 push-up and sit-up, adding 1 additional push-up and sit-up for each day of the challenge.
Do 1 chin-up and pull-up, adding 1 additional chin-up and pull-up for each 10th day of the challenge
You can work ahead but only if you complete all of the exercises for that day.
You can split up the exercises throughout the day as long as they are all done by the end of the day
