Push-up/Pull-up/Chin-up/Sit-up Challenge Week 4

I have worked ahead a bit, so I am starting this week on day 26.

Monday

  • 26 push-ups
  • 26 sit-ups
  • 3 pull-ups
  • 3 chin-ups

Another week, another early appointment to be at. I didn’t have time to get my reps in before work, but I made sure to get them done afterward.

Tuesday

  • 27 push-ups
  • 27 sit-ups
  • 3 pull-ups
  • 3 chin-ups

I had a busy morning today and didn’t get my reps in before work. I was able to get them all in after dinner. I’m going to do my best to get them done in the morning tomorrow.

Wednesday

  • 28 push-ups
  • 28 sit-ups
  • 3 pull-ups
  • 3 chin-ups

I remembered to do my reps before work this morning. It’s getting easier to remember, so hopefully, I will be able to do them in the morning from now on.

Thursday

  • 29 push-ups
  • 29 sit-ups
  • 3 pull-ups
  • 3 chin-ups

I remembered to do my reps in the morning again today. I was a little sore when I woke up this morning, but not too bad.

Friday

  • 30 push-ups
  • 30 sit-ups
  • 4 pull-ups
  • 4 chin-ups

Today was day 30, so I had to add another chin-up and pull-up. This is getting tough. I’ve been able to do everything all at once up until now, but I might have to start splitting things up throughout the day.

Saturday

  • 31 push-ups
  • 31 sit-ups
  • 4 pull-ups
  • 4 chin-ups

Bumping my pull-ups and chin-ups up to 4 is tough. I was able to get everything done at the same time again. Next week will probably be difficult though.

Sunday

  • Rest day

I’ve chosen Sunday to be my rest day, so this is the end of my fourth week. Tomorrow will start my fifth week, and I will be on day 32 of the challenge. Things went well this week, but it's getting tough. I'll keep pushing forward. I'm allowed to split the exercises up throughout the day If things get too difficult I'll do that.

Here are the rules again in case you want to join the challenge.

Do 1 push-up and sit-up, adding 1 additional push-up and sit-up for each day of the challenge.
Do 1 chin-up and pull-up, adding 1 additional chin-up and pull-up for each 10th day of the challenge
You can work ahead but only if you complete all of the exercises for that day.
You can split up the exercises throughout the day as long as they are all done by the end of the day
