Another day at the beach

Another day at the beach but virtually, dreamily. Because it is too early, the trees have barely blossomed this spring. But, because we are mature and many have passed over us, we have enough experience to know that summer, the sea, and the terrace will come.

A new edition of a wonderful contest called #BeachWednesday. What could be more beautiful than to evoke memories about our beaches, holidays, and sunny days?

I have only been to two large and several beaches in this life. Because of this, I will repeat myself, as a location but I will present different places or the same places seen from other perspectives.

When I arrived in Thassos, an island in Greece, I was impressed by a large number of beaches. In every corner of the island you see a beach, I've been to the island three times so far and I think I've only seen 10% of the beaches. Fortunately! Because so much remains to be discovered in the years to come.

Now, about an ordinary beach in Limenaria, the second town on the island. A beach that is very close to hotels and the city. The most accessible beach. A beach that I didn't use but that I walked around several times.

This is what a city beach looks like. With many terraces, you can sit on the beach or on the terrace, both are good options.

The best choice, of course, is the beach.

This is Greece and its islands. Concentrated beauty of the world, of course my point of view.

The pot with geraniums. It can be seen everywhere and for me it is a symbol of this country. The earth, represented by the clay from which the pot is built, the blue color of the sky and the sea and the red of the geraniums that I think means life.
