Rising Star - Don't Ignore Ego If You Want to Earn....

Hello all friends,

Some weeks back the team has introduce the Ego meter on from page as a part of update to reduce the Starbit farming and some players were sticking to one type of mission only. So with the ego the developers has try to streamline the mission played and encourage the players to perform the different missions on daily basis.

What is Ego & From where it comes -

When you have more fans than skill your ego increases. Each mission also increases your ego.
Increased ego reduces the maximum number of Starbits you can earn on missions. Balance your Fans to Skill ratio by taking some music lessons, placing cards in storage or by buying cards with more Skill than Fans.

For me its like a real life player... You has good fan following but you does not have the skills (or not upto the level it required), so this induce Ego.
So in game for every mission you complete their is some level of Ego that also added into your account. For some missions it starts form 1 and increases for every mission repeated (for higher mission it can be more then 1 also at starting level itself).
Keep in mind....

Ego from any single mission type increases exponentially throughout the day and ego gained through missions is permanent. The starting ego value for all mission types is reset each day so you should carry out different mission types to minimise the ego gained.

One imported thing If you have Fans more then 1000 or above Level 15 then only you have to worry abut the ego otherwise ego does not effect on you game play.

How it effect the game.....

Very important question - how it effect and why I should care about...
In the beginning I also ignore ego and it increased upto 53% (I forget to take the snapshot)
With ego meter at 43% the earning for completing the Saturday Headline mission varies from 350 to 807 and for same mission with ego meter 36% the earning varies from 350 to 911. The difference between the max earning is more then the 100 Starbits.

What to do to reduce the EGO....

Simple increase your Skills .... how? do some lesson missions of buy some cards with good skills.
