Free is always a better option right, It is something that many including myself look for when considering weather or not to play certain blockchain games. While yes fans do exist this is a fledgling industry & in my own personal opinion no blockchain game is good enough to be a constant deficit. Splinterlands honestly is the only one I have tried I may actually just play for fun but they have made me over $1,000 so any blockchain game requiring money to play I meet with skepticism.

This is why I had not been mentioning certain blockchain games alien ships until now was one such game that had to big a risk for potentially no reward. When the minimum purchase price to play the game was close to $10 I was hesitant to say this game is worth money.

Now the current minimum listing is just under $2 USD meaning that while still a gamble its less then it was & given the game isn't half bad its worth a look see.

Minor clarification this project while it seems promising its in game currency Credits is not yet listed on alcor exchange. So for the time being at least the only monetary reward for playing can only be what is earned by buying a NFT utilizing the earned game credits then selling it.

This however isn't necessarily out of the ordinary and several WAX game(s) in game currency started in a similar manor.

For now the credits have very limited use this was also the case for three other site only currencies that now trade on alcor. The other site only currencies being PGL, AETHER, & RACOON COINS. Once you have WAXP in your account I suggest though there are other exchanges you use Kucoin. Kucoins WAXP gas fees are fairly bad when sending WAXP to an account but nothing is required to trade or deposit.

Robotech

This NFT colection is one that I keep a eye on due to many factors including sony being the partial owner of the IP. A little over a week ago the price on the cheapest Build NFT from the Robotech colection was just over 2.5 WAX, now all of a sudden its 5 WAX.

Buying build NFTs for cheap and blending them you get NFTs like the image above If your lucky, it sold for just over $60 USD at the price I'm paying now for the build NFTs its roughly $1.60 to attempt their build burn use case with a 1% chance of being gold like the NFT above. There is a 60% chance of a base rarity more or less useless so there is a risk involved but you can turn a profit if you hunt for prices.

No new burn use case or staking so why the spike at first I figured a coincidence the market just began valuing it again for whatever reason. This was until I started digging for info on Harmony Gold the secondary owner of the Robotech IP. I found a bunch of upcoming projects utilizing the Robotech IP set for the upcoming year.

Now the date that stood out as being pertinent to the price increase is the San Diego comic con with virtual AMA set for July 24th.

While unrelated to the NFT line specifically its very useful information, this would be a massive influx of collectors still unaware of NFTs finding out about these collectables already on the market. Assuming Robotech isn't the biggest cult following but even if it has yet to be rediscovered the sheer volume of projects centered around the Robotech IP is great news for those that buy on the down market.

All of this unrelated info means the NFT colection while stagnant at the moment will not stay this way for long. Given that the price is rising for no real reason I am not the only one who researches NFTs this way.

The packs are still selling for under the initial price of $10 a 10 count NFT pack, & arguably the Build NFTs are still rather cheap.

Anything other then the Build NFTs are more risky as they are not burned and as such do not have a finite number that will decrease over time. The packs contain only build NFTs.

The Rplanet staking is really out of this world, I have never encountered such active earning potential.

What I'm smoking

Same mystery weed from yesterday, However I got a new clone for my indoor grow Its a rather dry year this year in Michigan and I would have to be adding like 2 hours a day to go out of town and water my plants.

So i decided with my tight work schedule and the low rain fall this year to just skip my outdoor and just grow a little plant in my house.

More just for fun and so I can share the plant photos on weedcash I haven't had a plant in a min.

Ill try just using my worm bed mulch at first see how that goes try something a bit different this way in 2-3 days ill post photos once its transplanted.

Everyone has undoubtedly heard an add saying make money playing games most of the time this isn't worth even trying out. This is why when I seen womplay i figured a slow faucet like income for playing games.

Hive price drop

When you see prices fall on the single project your most invested in you panic, this is what would normally have been the case with me. Hive falling after BTC figure the sky is next this was until i started getting into several NFT markets. By playing free WAX games and Free EOS games those that are just getting started with a portfolio can build up a form of stability in a market that is typically anything but stable.

Not my place to tell other what to do but the more I'm getting away from the traditional blockchain investing in crypto & started perusing the NFT market my holding seem to be more stable overall.

I'm not surprised how popular it is you can get real meteorites for colection completion, that being said I'm really not able to risk $100 USD on this unknown colection to big a question, to safely determine that type of value in the long term.
