I am back again with another video and in this video I have talked about how important it is true value anything that we have with us for this we need to live in the present.

I have talked about one of the incident in my last video that has happened with me and now I am trying my best to stay strong and also to keep myself busy so that I do not think much about that and hopefully it will help me to stay focused on many things which will keep me occupied.
