Hi everyone, it is day 10 of #iamalivechallenge and am glad to be a part of this initiative. We have a sunny day today, not cold or wet like few days ago which I am happy about. My day has gone well too so far so good, no complaint...just still trying keeping fingers crossed for better days ahead.

That being said, today I talked about self love, how important it is to take care of yourself...not all about work, our body or "self" needs to be shown love and you don't need to wait for someone to do that for you. Make yourself a priority, eat what you want, have fun the best way you can in a safe space. Life is too short to be stingy to yourself. Listen in for more.....
