I Am Alive Challenge Day 12 || How Do You Deal With Anger?

Hi everyone, trust you are doing great and staying safe. It is day 12 of the #iamalivechallenge an initiative by @flaxz and I am glad to be a part of it. Still raining here, cold and wet....so I am indoors today.

Emotions can be tricky and go beyond how we want it sometimes, we are humans so it is normal to get angry but how do you deal with it? Are you the type to walk out, say stuffs you end up regretting later...? Personally, I feel it depends on the situation but keeping our emotions in check so as to avoid going out of control is the best thing to do. I believe we have different ways of dealing with anger. Listen in for my thoughts on the topic and feel free to share your thoughts as well.

It took me a long time to deal with my anger issue because I am a very short temper girl. I was very loud a few years ago and was little bit arrogant too... Later, I started to control my anger issue though still, I am working on it because anger doesn't solve anything...

Now, whenever I feel angry, I just keep quiet and focus on something else. Sometimes I just go out for a walk... But still, I am working on it...

You took a necessary and bold step there...because some persons would not even want to deal with it. I believe we are not perfect and like you said it is a work in progress.

Sometimes watching a crazy violent action movie will help me vent it off. I really do whatever I can not to take it out on anyone I care about. So if I have to go and be by myself for awhile that's what I do.

Ah nice, for me I prefer to watch my favorite kinda movie which is korean drama series, it helps me take mind of things especially the calm ones. Taking a walk is also a good way to get a grip on yourself...sometimes it is hard to walk away but it is better to do that.
