Heading For An MRI Talking Mind-Body-Soul - Daily D00k13 Oct 29-2020
What's up my Peeps, Welcome to the Daily @D00k13! Heading out to the hospital today for an MRI hoping it will reveal the cause of recent Sciatica issues. Jerry basically refused to go anywhere for the most part of the morning requiring treats to even make it outside. Only to turn and insist on going right back in once going to the washroom. When mentioning a car ride it was whole other story and he happily came along for the adventure. As you can see he is just fine though we still watch his wound between the toes closely and treat daily with topical solutions.
My day was impressively busy for a dude with sciatica. Issue being I always push myself too hard and thus the reason for a little Mind-Body-Soul discussion, reminder to myself maybe? Only too late of course requiring to take the day off before I even get to finishing this video.

He wasn't so happy at the beginning?! It seems that after the treats you went to become friends again.
I experienced similar feelings when I get too much into one thing and neglect the other two. Lately, with crypto, I've noticed that I started to spend a lot more time worrying about what I'm missing out, making me less present in a way, rushing to get the coffee done, to check things in my computer. It's so hard to be aware sometimes that life is a long game, and we are not missing out on anything.

Yea man mind-body-soul it’s so hard to recognize when your letting one fall in propping another up. I am almost addicted to this online creative thing so I know exactly what you mean by having to remember to pull back out.
The playability may be just YouTube’s end but I am not a DNS pro either ... if you experience again are you able to try playing with a normal DNS setup? No issues with direct uploaded videos just YouTube?

It seems that direct uploads are fine. Youtube seems to block a lot of things that I want to watch. I spoke to them, but there's nothing that support can do as they suspect that I've been flagged, although it seems strange as it usually comes with a warning first.
I don't think they like me to use a nextDNS, as it cripples all the following and tracking they do.

The split of the Mind, Body and Spirit is something that has become more apparent as I grow older. For example now, with all the crypto craze (mind), I spend a lot of time sometimes worrying if I don't check out what's going on, rushing things up, like making a coffee, to seat at the computer and stare at the screen.
How do you deal with that separation when it happens?

As for dealing with the separation of MBS I tend to do a fair amount of meditating ... lately on my back with the hip issue causing sciatica I have found many moments to center myself always followed by “ok now let’s get back to it” 😉
