Here I talk about using consistency as your goal rather than S.M.A.R.T. goals since that does not work for everyone, and I am one of them, but consistency works for me, plus I found Luke 1 time in BootScootinTraffic.

Consistency As Your Goal - It Works For Me

So this video got inspired from a video that @lisamgentile1961 made yesterday, and you can check it out here, S.M.A.R.T. Goals Aren't For You? -- Build a Consistency Chain Instead.

Now using consistency as your goal instead of the very precise way of S.M.A.R.T. goals which put a lot of emphasis on measuring things and having deadlines, with consistency you take out the direction of your goal and then you start to move towards it without stopping until you have reached it.

You still need to have a goal and know how you are going to get there, but the important thing is knowing the direction in which you will reach it and never stop moving towards it.

The reason for why you would want to do it this way instead of using S.M.A.R.T. goals is that a lot of people can't work with those, and if you are one of them then you can work with consistency as your goal instead.

I myself is one of those people, and consistency very much do work for me, I take out the direction towards my goal and then start moving without stopping, or maybe some stop along the way, but I start moving again right away.
