Fitness Tips: Three Basic Exercises (You can do it at home)

Hello everyone,

This is @linco. I hope everyone is okay. I was a little busy for the last couple of days, that's why I couldn't make any videos. Also, I was a sick little bit. But I am fine now. Today I come back with some particular thoughts and tips, hope you all will enjoy this.
In this video, I am going to talk about physical fitness and its importance. You all know because of the lockdown we can't go outside, that's why most of the people gaining fats. How can we do some exercises to keep ourselves healthy and fit?. Thas's why I am going to share three basics exercises that can help you to lose some weights and burn extra fats from your body. These are the three basics exercises that you can do at home:

  1. Warm-up
  2. Crunch
  3. Plank
