You asked something that is very close to my heart.
I feel people are more motivated towards instant money instead of building things that interest them and keep showing some growth.
Whatever you do, do it 100% and it is easy to give 100% when you exactly know what you are doing and why you are doing.

Well said. If you work on something, other people will not believe it unless you see the cash in flow. When you generate income or withdraw money, only then they think it will work. Otherwise, they do not believe it anymore.
Of course, money is important, but if you always look for short term gain, you will not do well in the long run. Thank you so much @saachi for your comment! I appreciate that!
