#MARKET FRIDAY - MY VISIT TO THE TANK AND IRON ROD MARKET
Hello hiveians 💕
Good day guys, its another beautiful friday and other exciting thing about friday on #hive is the #marketfriday initiative. This is one of the initiatives i don't want to miss, as it opens my eyes to others culture and see how 'markets' are being operated.
So today, because i needed to get a water tank (overhead tank) bacause of the inadequate water supply here,plus also i'll need the iron poles for the construction of this tank, i went to
The best place to get all these which is in 'surulere' area of Ilorin, the capital city of kwara state. I took some pictures while making enquiries as to what to buy and while bargaining for the price.
It is rather unfortunate as i can't afford to buy any, the prices had gone drastically up compared to how much they sell these previously. Maybe you guys can suggest where else to get. Obviously i will go back to the market when i have enough money to buy all these.

Did you mean another alternative for now? How much do they cost now? How much were they before COVID? Everything, especially necessities have gone up with COVID. I wish the government had forbidden them to mark up the prices, but, I guess they have to live too.
What is the problem with the water that you don't get an adequate supply? It is your location or is it the distribution problem?
All of this is actually good information in a post so that people not only know that you were looking for one but, why. So, of course, I a wondering what size tank you were looking at with poles and how much they cost. I sure would like to do a comparison for my own knowing. Thanks!
