Been A Crazy Week! Taking The Gutters With the Strikes!

Sometimes you find life to be full of ups and downs. Some days or even whole weeks you are on nothing but an uptrend on the chart of life. Things are going great, business is good, things look like they are starting to open up, in the real world, and in a metaphorical sense as well. It's like you are bowling to the 300 game and nothing can stop you.. But then here comes the recorrection...

BAM... At first you are throwing strikes, then it's nothing but gutters! And then you cross the line, slip and bust your ass... LOL

That was this week... LOL...

It all started late Monday night, early Tuesday morning.

Started with the first knock at the door I have had in over a year in the van. I have been staying primarily at night at this one particular park in my city of Eugene, OR, and even with what I thought was permission from the office staff and everything. Now to be fair, there are parking regulations at the city parks, and yes, I have been violating them for about a year, lol, but they like me and my dog, lol. I started staying at night there during the beginning of the pandemic when they had basically homeless camps on one end of the parking lot set up that was all gated off with covers and tents, which I thought was cool. I stay at the office where I get the free city WIFI, that I actually pay for in my taxes that I pay for having 2 Xfinity connections, one at my sister's and one at my ex and kid's place. But they technically didn't really run me off, I left on my own accord, but it was late anyway...

Then I go and try my other park where I usually go, but there were a bunch of people hanging out late, so I moved on and went to the store to get a snack and a drink, because, yeah, F this night at this point, I wanted a doughnut, lol. But then my debit card was declined... WTF at this point, lol. I just put money in the account from working that night and knew I had plenty of money to by a snack... I stay cash poor due to bills and buying crypto, lol. Well, paid with a different account and moved on and just went and parked streetside at my sister's house...

Well I sat up until like 3am trying to figure out the account and apparently Bank of Scamerica was having server issues and my processing payments were all messed up. I literally watched them work it out in real time while I was going through payments, lol. Anyway, yeah, due to fucking bank errors, a couple of transactions weren't showing up until then, so my numbers were off... Well shit... So I moved money over from my bill account to cover it... Whatever... I was done and over it, lol...

So then I wake up a few hours later to an email from GrubHub saying that I was being warned that I had a complaint that I didn't wear a mask on a delivery and I was in possible breech of contract. But it was stated as a warning and even told me to order more masks... Well I checked my driver app and they have disabled my account... WTF!!! I have submitted 3 tickets and nothing... Great job GrubHub and thanks for fucking the dude over...

Oh well, that's why I am signed on with other services, lol. I am currently waiting on my Doordash replacement card to drive for them, which I feel will be awesome, because those guys and gals are everywhere... But until then I have been trying out Postmates, which I really do not like, but they are the instant pay option at this point. I also tried out a shift with Amazon Flex yesterday, but they don't pay out instantly, and I can't do it with the dog. Luckily my son was watching him yesterday. But that wasn't terrible. I just finished everything with Instacart and will be checking that out as well. But yeah, screw you GrubHub, lol.

And on top of it, I had gotten into a cannabis industry trade on Robinhood that on Friday and Monday were doing awesome, but then on opening on Tuesday, went to shit and tried to recover on Wed, but dropped back down Thursday and Friday... So yeah... Throwing nothing but gutters... LOL

But not all is lost! This has given me an opportunity to reflect on some things and find some new directions on things! Gives me an opportunity to try new things as well, because that is what my new life is all about. Moving forward, learning, evolving, and tackling challenges.

It has also given me some time to complete a couple of different projects I have been working on, well I say complete for now, there will probably be constant evolving of those platforms as well. But getting finished up with https://naturalmedicine.app for the #naturalmedicine community and getting the initial phases done on https://weedcash.org has been nice. Also getting https://hivelist.store ready for the big time when we fully release the multivendor marketplace! Trying to get some finishing touches done and ready for release at the beginning of April! We will hopefully be opening as well with a full affiliate program to allow people to try and make some income and help us market the future of #hivecommerce

By working on this, I am also making plans for the @hivehustlers Service marketplace that will be a service and microgig platform for Hive similar to Fiverr or Upwork! The setup will be similar, so hopefully it won't take me as long to get it all set up being that I know what I am going now, lol.

So yeah, before this week, things were going a bit too smooth, and when that happens, just like the parabolic uptrend on a chart, you need to be looking for a recorrection at some point! It's just a matter of time!

I guess the moral of my story is... be ready for anything, and have a backup to your backup!
