This was a rough couple of videos to get through, but I got through them! The squat video will absolutely destroy your legs, I'm not playing. Only go as far as you can handle. And if you don't have strength for the windmills just stick to walkouts.
My clock was off so I had to roll with it and improvise. I learned my lesson, not to be using random Tabata timers from random websites...
