This would work out to be roughly for every 100 SPI tokens to hold, you would receive 0.17 SPI which is worth 0.39.
Would you need to have at least 100 SPI token to get any Dividend?

No, all token holders receive a dividend same like now.
The est dividend is always shown as 100 as an example
