Day 1049 | Fasting Week
I have wanted to get something going when it comes down to fully eating heathy again while being more active but failed miserably each time because I have been unable to put my full focus on it. It has gotten to a point where it created a reverse effect and I'm not at a peak 70kg which is what I haven't weighed in a very long time. I'm hoping this extreme will act as a turning point which they often do and I'm planning a fasting week the next 7 days drinking mostly water and sticking to 1 healthy meal with enough calories each day as a plan to set in a reversal.
