Day 1052 | Lazy Wednesday

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

If anything, I don't really handle change very well, often times it's seen on wednesday after having a fun family day on Tuesday. As much as I enjoy spending time behind my pc being busy with crypto and betting, it always requires some kind of shift of mindset which takes me a day causing wednesdays to often be somewhat off days. I'm not sure yet how exactly how to fix this so I take it as it is for now. I will go back to fasting the next 5 days making sure I drink enough water.
