Day 1083 | Thursday Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

I started doing regular weight lifting reps but nothing to the extent where I really feel pain in my muscles the day after. Thursday was a pretty regular day still grinding toward more financial independence. I went on a 60+ Minute walk in the early evening and that was about it. I'm also starting to pick up more healthy food again and intend on spending a lot more time in the kitchen preparing fresh vegetables. This weekend will be another full round in the Belgian League which is slowly coming to an end.
