Day 1131 | Finding a New Routine
Handicapping and following the Belgian League had the major benefit of getting me in a very tight routine and with the season being over this is kind of gone now so I'm transitioning into a new routine at the moment.
I overate yesterday making Spagetti but plan on doing some more water fasting the coming days while making plans on how to exactly approach the comig 2 months. It will likely look like something where I put mostly some time in crypto in the morning getting my daily tasks done and staying up to date with things that are happening in the space. Once that is done my focus will shift to being more active and making sure I get the right nutricion also starting to do some reps again as I have been skipping on those.
