Day 1168 | Slow Thursday

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

I still did a level 1 workout on Thursday but wasn't up too much else making it into a rather slow and unproductive day. I also stayed in bed quite long this morning. The next 2 day are filled with Euro 2020 matches again so I should be able to get a stable rythm.
