Word of the Day - Focus
Firstly, I want to say thanks to @flaxz, because I've got inspiration from his post Time to get serious which I highly recommend to everyone to check it out. He has created a video with some really important points that every businessman should follow...
But, sometimes it's very hard to stay focused because there are so many distractions all around... And if it's not our surroundings fault for distractions, then we, ourselves create too many different goals that we want to succeed and distract ourselves from the MAIN GOAL...
Either of those things is equally problematic and we should sometimes take a deep breath and re-focus our views... If the surroundings are a problem, we have to find a way to "isolate" ourselves and find our "safe bay" for working...
The other problem with losing focus by ourselves is a bigger one... Actually, I have that problem very often, and after reading/watching the post from Erik, I think that he has also... He mentioned the word FOCUS so many times that I had to notice it and re-thought of my priorities...
Actually, Erik has done great job by writing down his focus(es). That's the great move to clear up some things. Personally, I have taken too many different things on my back and I'm losing my focus on a daily base...
Every day I have to align up my goals (just watched Star Trek where Kirk is aligning up warp-core :) ). Sometimes I succeed in doing that, but sometimes I fail and my time and efforts flow in the unknown direction... It doesn't have to be bad, but nobody likes to lose control...
In conclusion, I would say that bringing back FOCUS to our life always starts with sorting our priorities (like Erik in the post)... After that, we should have a better picture of where to focus our efforts and thoughts!

Hello! Nice seeing you at The Ramble ^^ I usually forget to attend as it's late my time, but once in a while I'd pop in when I could. Focus was one of my catch word in previous years. I even printed a one-liner on it and stuck it where I would see it daily. Plus, writing down a daily goal also helps. Keep the awesome posts coming! ^^

I'm also not too regular at The Ramble because of my local time here... Morning session is in the middle of the afternoon, so with a child and his activities, it's not easy to stick to the computer 2 hours :)
