There is no alternative to exercise to keep the body healthy and fit, many of us exercise regularly but still we cannot achieve the desired results. Because not only exercise, we have to follow some rules. So in order to keep the body healthy and fit, we need to regulate some foods in addition to exercise. Only then we can keep our body more functional and fit.
In today's video, I mentioned avoiding eating two types of food, because we have some misconceptions. Many people think that because of excess sweating from the body through exercise, they should eat salty foods or drinks after exercise, and others think that to quench thirst, soft drinks or energy drinks should be eaten after exercise.
