A Closer Look at Luke

(Edited)

Over the past few days, I have been posting my progress as I search for Luke the Listbuilder in the #LukeIsAlive challenge. However, these posts have been very brief and not very informative. I saw a great suggestion by @blainjones in the CTP Telegram group that I think is a great idea and I will begin utilizing starting today (we'see how well this works). The suggestion was to provide feedback about my experience in each of programs involved in today's search that others might find beneficial. Please let me know if any of this post was particularly helpful to you. If not, let me know if there is some other information I could give that would be useful.

The #LukeIsAlive challenge was started by @flaxz where you have a chance to win CTP tokens for finding Luke the Listbuilder. It is intended as a way to generate traffic and build your list. It is a byproduct of the Scavenger Hunt in Click Track Profit which you can join HERE. You can find instructions on how to take part in this challenge HERE.

Ok, let's get started...today's search started here:
image.png

As soon as I logged in, I found and entered the surf code for the day which would provide bonus credits for surfing at least 154 sites.

This exchange has a 7 second timer for each site and has a chat box that allows you to talk to other surfers. However, Nobody responded to my initial message and only two other messages had been entered all day.

When I started my surfing, I was receiving 0.33 credits for each site surfed.

Every so often, you land on a reward page where you can collect CTP XPs. The first one I hit was for 50 XP.

I recognized many advertisers of the sites I saw were CTP folks, but I most of the pages I saw were splash pages for other programs and not LCPs. And one LCP that I saw a couple of times did not even have any personal branding on it.

They do have a burst game where smiley faces and frowny faces bounce around the screen. You have to click on the frowny faces to burst them and end up with seven smiley faces bouncing around the screen which provides a reward. However, if you burst three smiley faces, you lose.

Speaking of games, this site also takes part in the adventure at Viral Traffic Games. It also gives out CTP badges.

Next, I headed to:
image.png

To start off, I received 8 activity points for logging in. Then I earned some additional rewards for checking out the Sweet Spot. The last thing I noticed before I started surfing that I would receive a Average Surfing Ticket if I surfed at least 64 pages.

This program also has reward pages that offer CTP XP, surf chat (again with little activity), 7 second timer, and earned 0.33 credits for each site visited.

This site also is a part of the Food Game network and has a Hangman game where you can win rewards if you figure out the puzzle.

The third stop was at:
image.png

Before surfing, I got 8 square banner impressions for logging in and checked out the "Email from Mama" to get the surf code for rewards if I surfed at least 100 sites.

Surf chats seem to be a popular item, as this program has one, as well. Also, a cat shows up frequently next to the banner that provides rewards when I click on it.

Like the first stop, this site utilizes Viral Traffic Games.

Next stop was:

This stop is not a traffic exchange (even though it looks kind of like one). It is actually the host site for the Scavenger Hunt. The Gauntlet is an area where you can get feedback on your personally created advertising pages from other experienced marketers.

The final stop for today is:
image.png

This program also has "The Spot" that provides reward credits before the surfing starts.

Like the previous stops, this program also offers surf chat (but I didn't see any activity).

In this program, I earn 0.34 credits per page and is part of both Food Game and Viral Traffic Games.

Unlike the other traffic exchanges used today, this program has a 10 second timer.

And finally:

Now that I have finished finding Luke, I will surf the sites needed to achieve the surf rewards from the promo codes.
