Several New Milestones achieved!
Just about 15 weeks ago, half way through May, I started this account to show that you can grow your account from nothing into a healthy account. As a bit more than 14 weeks of rewards have come in I have reached some awesome milestones.
After posting about 102 blog’s I have earned 100 Hive power in author rewards! Over the last two month’s my average reward has edged very close to 1 Hive power per blog. Do notice that I mostly use the 100% hive power reward for my blog’s, not the 50% Hive power and 50% HBD.
My curation rewards for the first two month’s were absolutely non-existent, because my Hive power was too low. But that is really picking up speed now. As soon as I crossed the 100 Hive power mark, I really noticed a difference and now that I am approaching 150 Hive power I am reliably earning curation rewards from my upvotes. I have now earned more than 1 Hive from curation! It is still very small, but it will pick up speed for sure.
I have posted more than a 100 blog’s by now and most of them were quality content I think. At least I did my best to create value.
I am now regularly earning 10 Hive power in rewards per week from my blog posts. Which is not enough to reach my end-of-the-year-goal for 500 Hive power in itself, but as there are 17 more weeks in the year, I should be able to get about 200 Hive power as author rewards, without too much trouble.
My Hive reputation is now 55, which is a pretty good result in 15 weeks if you ask me :)
What these numbers don’t tell is the sense of traction that I feel. My account is picking up speed, the number of followers is increasing. I get more upvotes and every now and again I am starting to get a whale upvote that really speeds up the process.
So I don’t know if I will reach this 500 Hive power goal by december, but I expect I will get very close.

Quick question - how did you create a free hive account? I had mine created via signing up and playing Splinterlands.

I know that you started this account with ZERO, and accomplishing these things after only 15 weeks is a great result! Great to hear that your follower base is growing and that you get more and more upvotes... that's promising and the 500HP goal by December doesn't look that impossible!

You've had some solid improvements on here! I think the content you bring to the platform is valuable even if your rewards aren't yet as high as they could be. I think you're in a better state than I was at the same timeframe you are in.
I try to promote and support users who bring not only content to the platform but consistency. You post on here but you engage with people and don't just get on here to make a couple posts and leave without letting people know you actually read their comments. This type of behavior is what we want in users so I try my best to foster that and help it grow in whatever little ways that I can!
