Tonight, the do or die matches for both Charleroi and Standard take place for them to get into the group stage of the Europa League. Traditionally, Belgian teams have a good chance in these matches unless they get matched up with the stronger teams that are competing which isn't the case today. As always, I took a deeper look into these matches and this is what I came up with...
Charleroi vs Lech Poznan
Charleroi dropped their first points in the league last week playing 1-1 against the last in the standings and it was shown that if a team is willing to just play defense against them, they tend to have a hard time. Lech Poznan is a known name in Europe with more experience and a similar player base value based on Transfermarkt. They already had 3 qualifier matches played and won 0-3 and 0-5 against Hammarby and Limassol in their last 2. I would not be surprised to see Charleroi play their favorite game of crawling back in defense allowing Poznan to come making them believe they are the better team to strike deadly on the counter. A match like this is quite difficult betting wise with Charleroi being the clear favorite in the odds. If Charleroi score first, I might take Poznan on the Corners Handicap Live.

Standard vs MOL Fehérvár FC
Standard remains a tricky team, they dominated last their qualifier match last week against a lower team with 30 Attempts and 11 Shots on goal but still needed Extra Time to get the job done. Today they face MOL Fehérvár FC which used to be called Videoton who is a team with a much lower budget. They played 3 qualification rounds already which all were very close (1-1 | 0-1 | 0-0). This should be an opponent a focussed Standard should have a very high Percentage Chance to progress. Both Bastien and Lestienne are still out while Oulare is questionable. I have a lean on the home team but don't trust them enough to act on it pre-game. I will be waiting it out live and see how it goes before actually taking something.
