The human experience is all about learning, growing & changing. Sometimes fear or anger holds us back. Even if we are working through our own shadows, we may encounter others around us that we isolate ourselves from (even if we love them), in fear of judgment or being misunderstood...

While it's easy to act on our own emotions & stay in judgment of ourselves, it's important to understand these emotions always have a root cause. When we work on these causes, we can lift that heaviness. It can mean forgiving a person that hurt you (for yourself, more than anything) or even facing a fear that has kept you down...

Being more mindful of your actions towards others is another crucial component. When we judge others, we are judging ourselves. We are all deeply connected & whatever "triggers" you is something that needs to be acknowledged from within. Also, we don't know what someone else's story is so judging helps no one...

No one is perfect & we are human. Sometimes these things happen but when we exercise more mindfulness & compassion, we will further our self growth & raise our own vibration...

So, before talking about someone behind their back or dismissing another's feelings, remember to take a moment, stop, & ask yourself what you can do to lift that person up instead...
