RE: Upvotebuilders Is Closing Down

There is a big loophole with downvoting that is being taken advantage of by some users who apparently have nothing better to do on Steemit.

It's unfortunate that the small group of members supporting @upvotebuilders has being targeted by an individual whose behaviour parallels a bully picking on kids at a playground. Tsk, tsk! Shame on you!
