emotional addiction is something I struggle with alot Changeing the way i feel is a hard thing to do and sometimes it is a self defeating emmotion that I want to change but get caught up into it

I completely get it, my friend. I am an empath, which makes me a deeply emotional person. It's finding that balance within that helps. It's not easy & what resonates with you may be different for someone else. Usually, if I get "triggered", I try to look within first & ask myself why I feel that way & see if I can get to the root of it. It seems to help. But, on the same token, if I am having a bad day, sometimes I just allow myself to have just that. Then I will pick myself up again the next day. Acknowledging your emotions is important & what you do with them is also important. Much love to you. 💕🙏
