Going through the roller coaster of our lives, it is has been quite an eye opener at times. Old emotions have come up when we thought some had been processed & purged. To our surprise, they have resurfaced, making some things challenging...

During these times, we tend to be hard on ourselves & might sweep those raw feelings under the rug. Ignore them & they will go away is the thought. Of course, that only works for so long...

Today, the Universe wants you to know to give yourself grace. You have come a long way. This journey is meant for you to learn important soul lessons. There are two ways to deal with it: run & hide from these things or stand tall & go with the flow. Allow yourself to feel & observe those feelings...

This is a repeating message since some of us are still trying to control certain aspects in our lives. This creates continued resistance & makes things even more difficult...
✨
Let go. Let it flow. When we release that control, we will see the resolution right in front of us. We will see things that we weren't noticing because we were so busy trying to hold on & keep things in our perceived box. When we "ebb & flow", things will come easier to us.

We will finally see the beauty in the present moment & gratitude will play a big factor in this. Know you are supported & you are not alone. 💗
