A little over two weeks and.....

About one week after becoming an admin at Aurora Traffic and Click Roads TE, I became co-owner. I'm still continuing to go through the settings, update splash pages, harass members, start thinking about updating more affiliate material and shortening my to do list. Then suddenly my list gets a bit longer as I think of things and find more stuff to tweak.

There are three updated splashes at Click Roads and two at Aurora. I have a third splash in the works for Aurora and then will switch to banners unless another idea for a splash hits me. My biggest hurdle with all of this is the time difference between me living in Florida and Japan, where Allen lives. I'm up about 2 hours later on average and that means about 2 hours later getting up.

I've been up in the air about payment processors to use at both traffic exchanges. Trying to find two or three solid options isn't easy, so I'm taking suggestions if anyone has them.

Great work @kirkoliver, just make sure the list does not grow too fast, and as to payment processors what about CoinPayments they accept crypto including Steem, stay awesome.

Sounds like you're pretty busy, good luck and hope to see more updates on your progress. I found your post via @brittandjosies submission for the @pifc

There will be more updates for sure. Some things that I'm doing are obvious and others not so much. I'm just trying to do the same things at the same time while I'm set to do them.

You are doing an excellent job @kirkoliver revitalizing both TEs. I've seen your work to date, and am now promoting the new splashes. Can't wait for the other promotional tools. Awesome that ClickRoads' CTP badges are back and working properly. Any new ideas to increase exposure and activity could possibly include VTG Participating Member and it's Diamond program. Another is CTP's new programs for site owners. Those programs will give members activities to work toward at each TE.

Payment processors: remember for your U.S. members, Solid Trust Pay is an option, but isn't accepted in some states. CoinPayments, Skrill, and Uphold could be options to look at.
