I wish that I had a better camera when I got that picture, and I think I had to scan a real picture from a roll of film that got developed, it's that old. Anyway, the yellow sign says Do Not Enter When Flooded
a common sign in the area in Arizona I guess. I saw a bunch of Flash Flood warning signs when I was there as well.
