In a situation like this of course there would be panic selling by some investors or traders,but it is the wrong choice to make because the panic selling will only keep making the bitcoin price to go lower because there would be more sellers and very less buyers and when supply is higher than demands it would make the bitcoin price to fall and have a bearish market
