it is good thing to go for quality when it comes to buying a phone. I personally consider battery life, ram and camera when going for a phone.
Phones with low ram can be really frustrating. Decent choice you've got at that price

You're definitely right @jersteemit. Low RAM can be frustrating so many times, it makes phone to hang when using any APPS. And for one to enjoy a phone, he/she should consider the RAM, Camera and Battery Capacity before buying it...
