Hello everyone, Here we are at week 16 and we are doing fantastically well. This week's earning have been boasted hugely by spinvest-leo which has been running at a minus the past 2 weeks due to starting the issue of SPI tokens to LEO delegators and last week i never sent over any LEO. Everything else is going as planned, dlease leases are starting to end and earning from there have dropped but on the flip side, as they end, new off-market lease's will begin which are more consistent, longer-lasting and basically just easier overall. Post payouts have been growing and we are building a good base of upvoters, it could be a good idea to drop out of that backscratcher curation trial. I dont think it's doing us any favors with x200 5% upvote's worth nothing. I can set up an auto voter which will earn better curation. Apart from that, everything is all good.

DAMN, we were 29 STEEM away from earning 500 STEEM in 1 week. When you see this, you think "hmm, that's really good" but i think what is that as a yearly ROI profit percentage. Let's work it out folks and break it down. When you take 471 and divide it by the club's total STEEM holding of 70,200 STEEM we get 0.00671. This is the weekly percentage gain for this week. We take this 0.00671 and divide it by 7 for 7 days in a week and multiply that answer by 365.25 days ( inc leap year) we get the yearly percentage of 35.01%. I mean i know that earning from spinvest-leo will not be the same next week but still, that's amazing and we are growing faster than we planned meaning SPinvest could turn into one of the highest paying projects for members hosted on STEEM. Maybe a dream but it's nice to think about it.
