SteemPower Investments - Weekly earnings report #9
Hello everyone, it's Wednesday again and that means it time to provide an earnings report for the club and it's investors. For the very first time ever, dun dun duuuun!!! Earning have dropped. Im not very surprised to be completely honest, last week we had very good post payouts as some kind person hit up a post with a huge juicy upvote. On the leasing front, not much is happening and as we move from delease into off market lease's less work is involved and there is less to talk about. We are still earning good money and on target so it's all good.
Steem powered investments @spinvest has been set up to offer an investment fund based on funding from STEEM POWER. Investments are funded through extracting value out of STEEM POWER and taking advantage of STEEM's high inflation rate. The aim is not to get rich quick; the aim is to build a safe portfolio of investments that will stand the test of time while insuring all investors starting capital is not at risk. SteemPower Investments Earning's Report
Earnings from filling lease requests is pretty even with last week. We can see that earning's from dlease ave dropped a little with 3 leases ending but our off market earnings have counter acted to around the same amount. As we move to off market lease's there will be more STEEM POWER sitting in the @spinvest wallet, this is because i cant fill off market lease's everyday are up the amount everyday. There would be to much work involved and working out payments would be a nightmare. For the past few weeks, we have been saving up a STEEM POWER balance and then ship out on Saturday morning. This helps keep everything nice and clean for both us and our delegatee's
As expected, post payouts were down this week but have a look at LEO token earnings. Notice that is more than double that of SP earnings which is very interesting. Steemleo is really the home of SPI and the proof is in the pudding. We around 20 STEEM woth of LEO tokens from the @spinvest account and around 9 STEEM in LEO tokens in curation from the @spinvest-leo account. This is something that will be focused on within the next few weeks. There are idea's but they need to wrote out and seen on paper before being suggested to the club and it's members.
We earned 10 STEEM less this week which is not great but last week was a very good week and 264 STEEM is still very good the amount of SP we hold.

The ratio between STEEM and BTC is not good at the minute. It's a little bit worse than when we did our last BTC buy. Infact, it's gets worse every time. The 50 STEEM we used for our 1st investment would be worth around 80 STEEM now.
The 500 STEEM will be ready tomorrow so i'll get that done and we'll see what we get. We should for sure more than double our current BTC holdings :)
