Staking or delegating LEO, what is the difference?

Hello Leoners!

I am staking LEO since yesterday while it is low price. I did stake in all the coins i have received as rewards and it's not bad as i have received more rewards over my staking.

I even did some withdraw selling PAL and NEOXAG.
So, my question about LEO, what it's better to Stake or to Delegate? What is tge difference in terms of rewards?

When you stake, you can vote on content you like, doing this, you also earn half of the amount of upvote you’re able to give. For example, if your upvote power can give 1$, You will earn 0.50$ back.

But if you delegate, depending on the project you delegate to, they all usually have different APR’s...

Thank you for your answer @mistakili. So if I arrive to participate every day in some posts it looks like better to stake.
