Re Artù Steakhouse
We spent a pleasant evening in a local grill, together with a couple of friends. Located in the historical center of Trani, a stone's throw from the Cathedral, in a narrow street, is the Re Artù's bracer.
There are many wooden tables, very large, with wooden benches, medieval style, and colorful crests all along the room. Here they make excellent grilled meat and you can choose from various cuts of meat.
We have had two mixed meat grills including horse strips, sausages, skewers of sheep, slices of pork and a side of baked potatoes. To accompany the meat we were served ciccio, a pizza base seasoned only with salt and served in a wooden basket.
The meat course was really abundant and we also tasted a grilled vegetable made of peppers, aubergines, courgettes and onions. King Arthur is open every day from 07 pm to 12 pm and is closed on Mondays.
