So let's start, and they will be presented in the order of Monday to Sunday, depending on the day they got the Awesome Daily Spotlight.

- This was the day of HF21 and we took a pause as explained in this post by our admin @flaxz.

- This video was made by @cryptospa and it's his Cryptocurrency Market Overview and he explained the crypto jobs on the new Steem Proposal System SPS that was implemented with HF21, and about the implementaion of a crypto wallet in the Brave browser, it's awesome check it out.

So these where the Awesome Daily Spotlight posts and videos this week, and there is 1 such post or video per day, it gets a 100% upvote and resteem, and it is featured in the Awesome Daily report as well as in this Awesome Weekly Spotlight post, plus it also gets promoted on Twitter.

Rewards On Delegations
In order to attract delegations to this project we reward them with daily upvotes, and you can check the details in our latest Awesome Daily report, and also with payouts in SBI Units, and 100% of all liquid Steem and SBD earnings will go to rewarding delegators this way, leased Steem Power does not count for rewards in SBI Units, and neither does the delegation from @flaxz, since he is the owner of this project.
So on Sundays all SBD will be traded for Steem in the Steemitwallet market, and the Steem that has then been earned that week will be split between delegators according to their delegation status, and it's counted in full week delegations from Sunday to Sunday, plus partial week delegations will be added for every full days delegation they may have.
SBI Units will then be paid out once a delegator has full coverage for that according to their share of the earnings, and any remaining shares will roll over to the next week.
This Is The Rewards For This Weeks Delegations
Due to the recent troubles with the blockchain, and the fact that it is still very shaky, sending monetary transactions at the moment could be a bit risky, so as to not taking that risk, we will wait until the coming Sunday on September 8 to make any payouts in SBI units, and it will therefore include the rewards for two weeks in that payout.
So all calculations for that payout will also be included in that coming weekly report including the earnings for two weeks instead of one.

Our Tokens
We also have tokens in Steem-engine, and our policy regarding tokens is that we stake all tokens that we get, given that they are stakeable and if not they will be staked once that is available.
If there is any token that you think we should vote with but which we do not currently have, then feel free to delegate some, or gift it if delegation is not available, as stated above all tokens we get will be staked.
Token delegation does not count for any delegation rewards, but we will vote with them if the posts that we vote on include the relevant tags.
These are our current token holdings in Steem-engine, screenshot taken in Steempeak wallet.
So as you can see we are building our stake in CTP tokens very fast, and are now up to 1485 staked CTP, so this looks very promising going forward.
The CTP token is the native token for the CTPtalk.com tribe that is run by @jongolson, and it's about affiliate marketing and personal development (including Actifit), and it's the social part of his ClickTrackProfit gamified affiliate marketing training platform.
Sports and Marlians are also growing quite well, and some of the other tokens also sees some growth.
Final Thoughts
The latest halt of the blockchain meant that we did not do an Awesome Daily report with manual curation on Monday September 2, this will of course mean that next week will see a bump in the earnings for the missed day.
And since we also did not do that report and manual curation on Tuesday August 27, the day of HF21, that will also have an effect on our earnings.
However due to the new curation rewards we should earn more on curation and it is already looking like the curation rewards that we get are higher than before, that will of course be eaten up by lower author rewards on our posts, especially since we do not reach even close to the 20 Steem nessecary to converge on the new rewards curve.
Because of all this earnings in liquid Steem and SBD will get a big hit, and there are some ideas about the best way forward to really reward delegators the best way.
So individual delegators span from 51 SP to 200 SP, and up until now they have all got a daily 100% vote for that due to there only being 4 delegators in total, not counting leased SP, and we have almost 5x votes left to distribute once the daily manual curation is done, however that is not really a fair distribution of votes considering their individual delegation levels, and therefore from Monday September 9 we will begin to give them one daily upvote each weighted according to their delegation level.
Now before this we used just over 9x of the daily max of 10x votes per day, but this change means that number will be lower, and we will therefore investigate ways to sell those votes, earning us both more liquid funds and more curation rewards, or use them to upvote SBI posts and get upvotes back for that with a 1,10x markup, this is of course temporary until we have enough delegators to divide those upvotes to.
And to get our liquid earnings up even further we will also investigate if Likwid, where we can get all author rewards paid out in liquid form, is a good way to get more liquid Steem to further reward our delegators with.
There is also the option of delegating SP to @steembasicincome and further bump up the upvotes we get on our posts by having more SBI units.
We could also take a completely different route, and skip payouts in SBI units, and using all liquid Steem to start leasing Steempower, thereby giving value with higher upvotes, and maybe combine that with some of the other ideas to earn more liquid Steem.
The only thing about this that is already decided is that daily voting for delegators will be adjusted on Monday, the rest we want a discussion about with our delegators, what is the best way forward.
