I think it depends.

EXAMPLEs:

  1. Guilt that would otherwise arise prevents me from taking advantage of friends & family members.

  2. The fear of losing my family's current lifestyle encourages me to learn, labor and invest.

Sometimes #Fear and #Guilt is a call to action!
