While I would not go out of my way to get a sandwich, my favorite would depend on where I am getting it from. I like a wide variety and would generally prefer something different each time (from a different vendor) if I were to eat them on a regular basis.

I just ate a baguette with lettuce, tomato, boiled egg, and crab meat paste with mayonnaise! Yum!

Deli submarine/sub sandwiches from non corporate sandwich establishments. Italian is my favorite
I have to say pulled-pork barbecue on a bun, with any of our great North Carolina barbecue sauces. Every region has its own recipe, and we always argue over exactly which is the best sauce.

Well, I'm a simple person, so I would say the egg salad sandwich that my bebe makes. It was also one of her first attempts to prepare our meal. From then on, it has become a part of our bonding time. She'd prepare this once in a while when we feel like eating light, esp for the weekends.

My favorite sandwich is an onion sandwich, litely cooked onions butter slapped between bread.

My favorite sandwich is a steak and cheese from subway
Grilled Cheese with Velveeta Cheese slices
Being a vegetarian. My favorite sandwich is filled with mashed potato .
How to create mashed potato:
Boil potato, peel them and mashed them . Add salt, chilly powder,pinch of turmeric in it. Also add finely chopped onions and coriander leaves in it.
With little butter fry the mixture. Fill this mixture between two sandwich breads and use sandwich maker/Panini Press to grill .

It depends really but one of my favorites is a Philly Cheese Steak.

My favorite sandwich is a 'Philly CheeseSteak' the original from Philadelphia, PA. Being as though that's where I'm from originally it's the only place to find one. A lot of places come close and say they sell Philly Cheesesteaks but most of them don't even come close.

Hmm when I order one at the baguette shop my 5 ingredients are garlic potatoes, spanish omelette, veal, cheese and tomato.....my mouth is watering now! lol
